2018年8月27日，美国诺科学校上海分校的新生们结束了为期一周的军事训练。下面，我们一起来看看九年级和十年级的新生对这次军训有什么样的感受吧!

新生军训

九年级 张佳翼

Five days just went away like a flash; however, I am still in the moment of the military practice. This practice gives me more opportunity to learn and to think about my life.

Somebody might say that this military practice can increase your physical health, and also the mental resistant against the outer world. But what I learned from this training are way more than this. I learned the importance of communication between people. I learned how hard it is to let a bunch of people to work together as a group. And the worst thing that I learned from training is never ever go to girl’s dormitory. I can’t forget doing tons of sit ups and wasn’t able to get up the next morning. And I can’t forget how all the girls came out to ask the drillmaster to reduce the punishment on us. From this you can see how we work as a team, and how our relationship gets stronger over time from how we met on the first day as strangers to now how we act like best friend that we have ever met.

This can also help us in our future career, such as following strict rules, and how to be a good leader as we move on into our life. We have many people being in sickness and trying to pass it as quick as possible, because they knew that this can help them with facing bigger problem as they are senescencing (getting old).

十年级 王金蕴

我是美国诺科学校上海分校的一名十年级新生，在这盛夏八月，我参加了学校组织的军训。经过这次的军训，我理解了作为一名军人必须要对自己的一言一行负责，也明白了在生活中遇到困难和挫折，要秉持顽强不屈的精神和永不言败的信念，唯有一直坚持初心，梦想和目标才能达成。

本次军训在一座远离尘嚣的农庄之中，树木葱葱、幽谧寂静。这段时间里，我们的生活都被安排得有条不紊。我们白天在烈日下挥汗训练，而在训练之余，也有各类游戏和活动，这些不仅锻炼了我们的身体;促进了同学之间的友谊;还增加了我们团队精神及组织和协调能力。有一次联欢会后放映了电影《红海行动》，影片激起了我们满腔的爱国热情，我们为自己身为一名中国人而万分骄傲。“军井未掘，将不言渴;军灶未开，将不言饿;雨不穿蓑，雪不穿裘;将士冷暖，永记我心。”虽然军训已结束，但是这段我们每日三餐前必诵的训词仍久久在我耳边回响。

望着训练的操场，午后明媚的阳光照着翠色的草地，我心中默默感谢着这一切。背包来时装着我的行李，在离开时它带走了我学来的顽强坚韧的精神，和一段难忘美好的回忆。
